01. What are your refund terms & conditions?

A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity date. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time for check-in or pick-up, no refund will be issued.

02. Can I cancel or change a tour or activity?

Yes you can cancel or change a tour or activity without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity date. Changes are depending on availability and a price difference will be calculated. No refunds for cancellations done inside of 72 hours of the activity date.

03. What if a tour or activity is changed or cancelled by De Palm Tours?

De Palm Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour or activity. If a tour is cancelled by De Palm Tours, they will substitute the original tour or activity by one of at least equal value as the one being cancelled or changed.
