IT Technician



  • Computer and peripheral troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Experience working with computer hardware
  • Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
  • Understanding of Networking and VOIP systems is a plus
  • Management of IT-related Help Desk software is a plus
  • Own transportation 
  • Able to work well in a team environment
